​탄자니아 동문회 소식입니다. 

지난 9월 7일, 탄자니아 다레살람에 위치한 Julius Nyerere 국제 컨벤션 센터(JNICC)에서 탄자니아 GKS 동문회 모임이 개최되었습니다. 김선표 주탄자니아대사의 환영사 및 John Kambona 탄자니아 외교부 한국담당 부국장의 축사로 막을 연 본 행사는 총 3가지 세션으로 구성, 진행되었습니다.

제1세션에서는 현재 다레살람대학교 전기공학부 교수로 재직 중인 Santos Kihwele 동문회장을 비롯한 3인의 GKS 동문들이 한국연수경험을 소개하였고, 이어진 제2세션에서 GKS 프로그램을 통해 습득한 지식과 경험의 활용방안을 공유하였습니다. 마지막 제3세션에서는 동문회 운영 현황 및 향후 활동 계획을 밝히기도 했습니다.
 

본 행사를 통해 탄자니아 GKS 동문들 간의 친목은 물론, 동문회와 공관 및 한국 파견기관(KOICA, KOTRA, EDCF, KOFIH, KISA), 탄자니아 외교부 및 재무부 간의 협력관계가 한층 더 강화될 수 있으리라 기대됩니다.

News from the Tanzanian Alumni Association. 

On September 7, GKS Tanzania Alumni Association was held at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. The event was opened with a welcoming speech by the Korean Ambassador to Tanzania Kim Sun-Pyo and a congratulatory speech by John Kambona, the Deputy Directer for the Korean Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affaris of Tanzania, and the event consisted of three different sessions.

During the first session, three GKS alumni, including Santos Kihwele, who is a professor of electrical engineering at University Of Dar Es Salaam, shared their experience of studying in Korea and during the second session, the alumni shared advices on how to gain knowleged and experience through the GKS program. In the last session, the future activities and current status of the alumni association were shared.

Through this event, the relationship between Tanzania GKS alumni, the coorperation between alumni associations, Korean agencies (KOICA, KOTRA, EDCF, KOFIH, KISA), Tanzania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Finance will be strengthened even further!
