Job Description for Global E-commerce Manager
Company Introduction
BNC Global Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the medical-aesthetic industry, expanding
globally through direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels, including our own international
online platform.
We are dedicated to connecting customers worldwide with high-quality Korean beauty and
medical-aesthetic products, ensuring exceptional service and trusted delivery.
We are currently seeking a Global E-commerce Manager who will oversee the end-to-end
operations of our global online store and drive an outstanding customer experience through
operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily e-commerce operations and handle 100–120 global customer inquiries
related to orders, payments, shipping, refunds, and system issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end D2C process, including order intake, shipping confirmation,
claims/refunds, and settlement.
• Coordinate with global logistics partners (FedEx, EMS, UPS, etc.) to resolve
international shipping and customs-related issues.
• Manage payment systems (chargebacks, refunds, deposits) in close collaboration with the
finance team.
• Prepare data-driven Excel reports on customer service performance, order trends, and
claims analysis.
• Manage influencer sample distribution, monitor content delivery, and evaluate
performance outcomes.
• Develop and maintain operation manuals; support onboarding and training of new team
members.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to enhance workflow efficiency
and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of global e-commerce operations (orders, payments, shipping,
customer service).
• Strong English communication skills, especially for handling international customer
emails.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry, tracking, and simple reporting.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems (e-commerce, ERP, logistics
platforms).
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and time management in daily tasks.
• Positive attitude toward problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced global
environment.
